Shipping information

1. Processing your order

Once your order is received, our team will first process it. We will check the order details for completeness and confirm receipt of payment. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days . The order will then be prepared for shipping.

2. Delivery time and shipping time

Shipping time depends on the destination country and stock availability:

  • Within Germany : approx. 4–5 working days

  • International shipping : approx. 5–9 business days

Please note: In exceptional cases (e.g., high order volume, holidays, or delivery bottlenecks), an additional delay of 1–2 business days may occur. You will be notified of the shipping status via email. Shipment tracking is included.

3. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping for orders over €50.00 (worldwide)

  • For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €6.99 will be charged

4. Shipping area and warehouse locations

We ship worldwide. Our main warehouses are located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) . If an item is unavailable at one location, it will automatically be shipped from the nearest warehouse. This may result in a slight delay (1–2 business days), but ensures that ordered products are not displayed as "unavailable."
