Shipping information

1. Processing your order

Once we receive your order, our team will process it. We will check the order details for completeness and confirm receipt of payment. Processing time is usually 2–3 business days . Afterwards, the order will be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time and shipping duration

Shipping time depends on the destination country and stock availability:

  • Within Germany : approx. 4–5 working days

  • International shipping : approx. 5–9 working days

Please note: In exceptional cases (e.g., high order volume, holidays, or supply shortages), there may be an additional delay of 1–2 business days . You will be notified of the shipping status via email. Tracking information is included.

3. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €49.00 (worldwide)

  • For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €4.90 will be charged.

4. Shipping area and warehouse locations

We ship worldwide. Our main warehouses are located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) . If an item is not available at one location, it will automatically be shipped from the nearest warehouse. This may cause a slight delay (1–2 business days), but ensures that ordered products are not displayed as "unavailable".
